PROBLEM

Teachers make classroom resources that other teachers can use. A Canadian marketplace for them has to handle accounts, file delivery, seller payouts and sales tax properly.

APPROACH

I built buyer and seller accounts, file uploads, and Stripe Connect split payments with Canadian GST/HST handling.
I use AI-assisted development, with Claude Code running parallel agents and Playwright testing, for site redesigns and performance optimization.
I run customer acquisition through Meta ad campaigns with AI-generated video and direct seller outreach.
